Drift Oceanside Inn

We stayed in Cabin #11 and it was absolutely amazing! There are sliding doors facing the ocean, so you can sit inside and watch the water. It is also perfectly located to watch the moon and sunrises. I wish I didn’t live so far away, so I could come here all the time. Stay here - you won’t regret it unless you’re a Karen!

We stayed in cabin #8, one of the renovated ones. The design was thoughtful and modern and bathroom was excellent. The panoramic view of the ocean is nothing short of spectacular. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. Like sleeping on a cloud. Yes, the sunshine pours in at 5am, I recommend getting a quality sleep mask for your stay, mine worked great. The kitchenette was perfectly serviceable for bowls of cereal and movie night ice cream. So close to Camden we ate breakfast at Zoot Coffee, lunch at Camden Deli and dinner at not-to-be-missed Barren Restaurant. |Things to know: no daily maid service but the friendly staff will get you clean towels and coffee pods for the asking. Also, the two bedrooms are like staying in the same room as far as noise goes. We could talk to our kids in the other room

Stayed in a motel unit on the water. Great views. Easy late check-in. Quiet - no road noise. Property is well-maintained. Room was clean and cozy. Quarters are tight in the bathroom with limited space for toiletries Would have appreciated a light summer weight blanket in the room. Comforter was a bit much for August. A bit pricey, but that's coastal Maine in the summer. All-in-all, a nice place to stay.

I loved our stay at Drift Oceanside Inn! Next time we will stay longer than one night to enjoy the incredible views RIGHT THERE. Very short drive into town, peace and quiet at the Inn, everything we needed in the cabin. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Drift Oceanside Inn. We stayed in one of the motel units and they are situated on a rock ledge right over the water. It was spectacular watching a storm rolling in from the ocean! I need to give a shout out to housekeeping: they found a hat I had left, and management immediately contacted me after checkout that day. We were on our way home, so they offered to send it back to me in Minnesota. It arrived within a few days. I was very impressed with that level of customer service. By the way—we didn’t have an issue with size of bathroom and we are a couple of medium size. Loved the choice of paint and decor in our room—very Scandinavian vibes!
