Downtown Inn & Suites

Great deal, free parking, great location for downtown. Close to the Yacht Club. Room was simple, comfortable, clean, updated. Coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and safe. Lights functional, decent toiletries, appreciated the makeup remover wipes. Helpful staff, free breakfast was welcomed, something to get started before heading out to local eatery. I will be staying here again for sure. Book directly and stay away from Room 77 for reservations. I mistook Room 77 for booking directly, my bad. Room 77 charged same price as booking directly with the hotel and pockets the money they "save" for you.

Great hotel downtown, easy walking to most everything. Clean rooms, (I've stayed multiple times), very friendly and lovely service / hospitality. Front desk girl is fine as, and chill with the check in process. Easy parking (free and secure) My go to spot when I come to Asheville. 5/5

We stayed in this hotel over Christmas. The price was reasonable and we could easily walk to our favorite places downtown, such as Tops shoes, Malaprops, Sweets & Seats, the Cork and Keg-Weinhaus, and Jack of the Woods. ||The lobby and breakfast room are attractive and the staff are friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. It would have been nice if I could have plugged in my computer by my side of the bed but this is minor. Parking was tight but we always found a spot.

Positive: Location was unmatched, easy to get everywhere around town. Offered off-site parking when the parking lot was full. Negative: My room was not ready at checkin time; I had to wait nearly two hours (100 minutes) until my room was ready.

Probably the best bang for your buck. Much cheaper compared to other hotels in downtown Asheville. Perfectly located to walk literally anywhere. Staff was super nice. I had an issue with a very loud neighbor in the middle of the night and the woman working the front counter immediately put me in a new room and offered me a discount for the rest of my stay. Room was clean and had all the essentials you would need. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toiletries etc. The only downside I can think of is that the bathtub drain was broken in both of my rooms. Would stay again.
