Downtown Inn & Studio Suites

Don’t go! Awful! The sheets were dirty, the floor was stained. The squealing train goes by every few minutes. The pool was filthy. The “water feature” we discovered as we were checking out didnt impress. The staff didn’t seem to be bothered that water was gushing out of the third floor and in the walls of the building. It’s the set of a horror movie. I’d drive for three hours with a screaming kid in the car just to avoid it.

This place was disgusting. I booked a non smoking room, from a 3rd party website and it never showed the outside view, and we pulled up and it looks like nothing good happens here. The room REEKED of cigarettes, and it was dirty, moldy, and the carpets were filthy. I go downstairs hoping to get a refund and the first thing I see is “NO REFUNDS”, they offered to switch us rooms but I didn’t even see the point. Don’t waste your time here, just spend the few extra dollars for a clean place.

Didn't love this hotel. Advertised pool (not being used), breakfast (not even COFFEE!?), and after we checked in we got a "oh, FYI the TV doesnt work." Asked for one that did. "No, I mean the cable doesnt work-no rooms have tv". No convenience stores or coffee shops with in a 20 minute walk, either. It WAS in a great location and cheap- but the TV and coffee things were befuddling to me.

Rooms were very clean and the front desk people were very friendly with everyone and I suggest to come again best place to stay and best view for sunset and sunrise… from this hotel love it 😍

I DIDN'T EVEN STAY IN THE ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room I was shown online was not the room I had to pay a $100 dollar deposit for at all.. and I paid $274.00 online to book the room. The room was not clean, it was a big stain on the cover. I also couldn't get my money back and i'm a working mom who doesn't like giving away free money or letting my money go to waste. I work very hard for my money and this was my first time staying overnight in a hotel with the hot tub in the room and it was just a horrible experience for me.
