DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Airport

The location is perfect! Within 10-15 minutes, you could pretty much get to a majority of the best parts of SA! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little dated but honestly, how much time are you really spending in your room so does it really matter?? The pool was heated. The workout room had a couple treads and free weights. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go back.

Staff very nice from check in to depart.|Van there on arrival very late at night.|Miscommunication re f9 discount at restaurant. Front desk and server told us we had 40%, realized all airlines other than f9 have it. We didn't complain, said no problem, they said they would honor the discount on this stay. Gave us extra water. Returned to my room after a full day out and trash had been emptied, new towels, cups set out. Really working hard to make us enjoy our stay.

Positive: I did not have a good experience. The room was not ready until after 6 pm and too was still unclean. The bathroom was not up to standard at all. The pool area was uncleaned also. Negative: The delay and lack of cleanliness

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Airport and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I especially want to recognize Neilam at the front desk. He made checkin smooth and stress free, and took the time to ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the airport. The exceptional customer service truly stood out I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Hello, I am Flight Attendant from a major airline and yesterday we arrived very late at Double Tree hotel. Mr. Neilams was the guest representative whom welcomed us after a long and hard working day. Mr. Neilams, it was extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs; offerings cookies, waters and made sure that our rooms were ready. I really appreciate the promtelity, attention, and the warm welcome. Amazing job.
