DoubleTree by Hilton New York LaGuardia Airport

The Whole experience was a true gem. Everything was perfect STAYING There in most insanely cold temperatures via feb 7-10th Food was amazing Chicken pesto Panini was ♡♡♡♡ ☆☆front desk Staff Was Super helpful nice friendly, not rude not unwilling...Iv stayed all over an this hotel Did ALL OF IT WITH great help smiles an just pure awesome vibes. The overnight Front desk women I feel bad I should have wrote it down Debra or Gabriela !! SHE was the 2 am staff Front desk She was The best vibe an True Hospitality professional. They all were superb but she just blew me away with her Hospitality. GREAT job 10 /10

I experienced top notch customer service before I ever stayed! Dawn was nothing short of amazing. This was my first trip to NY I called the front desk for information before I arrived. Dawn gave me detailed instructions on how to get back and forth to the city. She was very pleasant and patient. I would highly recommend staying at this location because of her expertise and immaculate customer service. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the pleasure to meet her in person. I want to take the time to tell her “thank you”.

Omgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice. We had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree in East Elmhurst. We called the hotel when we picked up our bags and minutes later the free shuttle arrived to pick us up. The driver got our bags for us and loaded them into the shuttle. He was very nice and efficient as well. Soon after we arrived at the hotel. We met Pierre at check in and he was dressed to the nines! I loved his orange/brown jacket, it was very snazzy. He was pleasant and welcoming and apologized for not being able to check us in right away (it was around 10:30am and I definitely didn't expect to check in immediately as we were there way before check in time). He gave myself and each of my guests a cookie which I was excited to share with my friends as they had never experienced the DoubleTree cookies before. We decided

Room was nice and comfortable, they charge $70 to park your car by yourself in a garage that is far away and has poor signage and easy to get turned around in. Valet would be a better option but they DON'T have one. TV is just tv no netflix, no screen share. I won't be back.
