Avion Inn Near LGA Airport, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I am a big fan of this hotel, it's close enough to literally walk to the airport if you wanted to, but they provide a free, reliable shuttle. I thought the free morning breakfast bags were super cute. I was concerned that it was going to be noisy in the room, but I barely heard any planes, though it was the weekend. Very affordable and the bed was super comfy too. Hot pressure in the shower too, as well as kind and helpful staff. Would absolutely stay again, esp at that price.

Quick stay after flight was canceled. Basic hotel that was clean and comfortable. Highlight was the front desk staff who were friendly and very helpful. Also Airport shuttle was well run and reliable.

I've stayed here multiple nights and I haven't had bad experiences. It's the most affordable place to stay with a shuttle to LGA airport. The beds are always clean and it's close to affordable places to eat. It could use some minor updates like TV's that allow you to use personal accounts to Netflix and what not, but not a deal breaker since I have a laptop.

A silver lining after a long and difficult travel day that ended in a cancelled flight at midnight. Is it fancy? No. Is it safe, clean, with friendly/very helpful staff? Absolutely. Will be staying here again next time I need a hotel by the airport (6min drive and an affordable price -can’t beat it!)

This was perfect for what I wanted. It was reasonably quiet, the rooms were clean, it was right by LGA, the front desk was helpful, they arranged drop-offs at the airpot (every 30 minutes for most of the day) that was easy and prompt, and was very affordable. I saw reviews that mentioned no drop offs (I did not have this issue) and the smell of weed/cigarettes (again, I did not have this issue). I would definitely stay here again if I was flying into NY for a quick trip. If you are a very light sleeper then I would bring ear plugs because it's near the highway, but this was not a problem for me.
