Nice location overall, with convenient access and a pleasant surrounding environment, but the water quality is a serious concern and really affects the overall experience. As shown in the video, the water does not look clean at all. It appears cloudy and slightly discolored, which immediately raises questions about hygiene, maintenance, and whether it is safe for regular use. For a place that relies so much on its location and environment, water quality should be a basic standard, not something guests have to worry about. Clean water is especially important for comfort and peace of mind, whether it is used for showering, washing hands, or any other daily needs. This was the most memorable hotel stay I've ever had. The staff here were so warm and welcoming, honestly it blew me away. The manager Charlie, honestly this lady is stunning, she went out of her way to accommodate me and I felt so looked after. She really turned it into a terrific holiday. The other staff were incredibly hospitable, Al and India helped me to settle in. Before I left a young lady Cleo said something so kind to me, really her words will stay with me. What a wonderful place to visit.

Belindy, Darius, Chloe, Sanai and Mr. Albert. When I tell you their hospitality was unmatched OK. They made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and everything we wanted with a smile and GOOD POSITIVE ENERGY. I felt at home... I loved everything about this hotel id HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE STAY HERE... The water with the fruit in it and don't let me go into THEM COOKIES OMG... DOUBLE TREE I LOVED MY STAY.. YOU GUYS WERE AMAZING

It’s a nice looking hotel with a cozy yard and pool (although I don’t know who’d use them as it’s not really a holiday spot). The personnel was good as well. But the rooms and interiors need updating. It doesn’t help if you have room with a nice view (over pool) but the room smells (damp) and has signs of wear and tear all over the place - and this is the most important factor for me. I was honestly surprised it has so high ratings and I am happy I didn’t have to stay for another day.
