Positive: Honestly, nothing it was very outdated. I had to request to get another room because the shower head was rusted and we didn’t feel comfortable showering. Negative: Yes, it was very outdated. The bathroom had rust in it. The phone did not work when I got a new room so I could not call to the front desk. The tub was greedy and all they did was give me a $40 credit for parking. I need a full refund.

I stayed at the Doubletree for Valentines day. It was supposed to be a romantic getaway for a night. It was across the street from Music Hall which was extremely convenient as my fiancé and I were going to a show there. The room I had booked was the Queen bed high view room on the 24th floor. The Location and View are the only good things i can say about it. The room was literally right between the elevators really weird layout. The AC unit sounded like it was going to take off the whole night. Then the Shower did not work, it took maintenance 1 hour to fix it, I had called the front desk and the lady was extremely rude telling me I did not know how to turn a shower on. I was refunded $75.00, but the room was around $300.00. I will never stay at any Hilton hotel again. There are plenty of

The unpleasant experience began with check in--it took over a half hour on a Friday late afternoon. They explained that they didn't have enough staff. That was followed by a 10 minute wait for the elevator. A total of 40 minutes before I got to the room. The room needed maintenance. The outlets in the 17th floor bathroom were too loose to keep a hair dryer or toothbrush plugged in and needed to be changed. The sticker on the shower wall explaining how to use the shower valve was peeling off at the top and bottom, and was incorrect because the fixture was upsidedown. There were no instructions for the coffee maker. It is easy if you know how but I had not used one like that and had to forgo coffee after two very weak cups. The lobby was unwelcoming with sparse furniture. The room was nice e

This hotel offers exceptional service from start to finish. From Adelene at the front desk to Osman and Jus at the bellman station. Great people and eager to help make your stay a great one. Aaron met us at breakfast each morning with a smile and quick service. This is our second stay here in a year. Both times we had a clean room and the bed was sooo comfortable. My only complaint is the breakfast foods are subpar and we were charged $70 for two people. There are local restaurants in walking distance that would have served us better. This was not a negative reflection on the staff but the food itself. For that price, I expected better. The hotel is in walking distance to night life, local shopping and sightseeing. We love this hotel.

The DoubleTree on Broad Street has many outstanding employees who truly understand hospitality. Ann, Tamara, Alien, and all the ladies at the front desk were consistently warm and professional. Michael, the lobby bar/restaurant supervisor, along with Tesfay’, Jarrell, and the bellman, provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their kindness and professionalism were the highlight of the hotel. Unfortunately, all of their hard work was overshadowed by the behavior of Randall, the manager, whose actions created the worst part of my experience. Randall ignored repeated maintenance issues in my room, including four days with no heat and a heater that made loud motorcycle‑like noises. Every day I was told the problem was “fixed,” even though nothing changed. Only after four days of discom
