DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Airport

Amazing stay from start to finish. The beds were incredibly comfortable—one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had at a hotel. As soon as you walk in, the scent in the lobby is welcoming and sets the tone for a relaxing stay. Customer service was truly on point: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and had a calm, upscale vibe throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free. Overall, this place exceeded expectations and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and top-tier service.

We came here courtesy of American Airlines when we missed a connection due to a flight delay on our way home. It was not a good start - we waited in the below zero cold and wind at the airport for almost a hour for the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. It passed us once without even slowing down. The front desk - when they actually answer - said the shuttle doesn’t stop if there’s nobody waiting there???||Now to the hotel. The desk staff were shall we say, less than friendly. The hotel itself looks careworn and dated. No fridge, microwave or mini bar in the room. (Isn’t this supposed to be an upscale Hilton? We’ve stayed in Doubletrees that were much nicer.). At least the bed was comfortable and the shower hot. As for breakfast there was no one around and the only option appears

Positive: The woman that checked me in was the nicest person that I have EVER met in 34 years of professional customer service. I was returning fro a Funeral and she was a breath of fresh air! Negative: N/A

Be prepared to pay for parking your own car at this hotel. $25 a night just to park your own car and carry your own bags. This hotel is the epitome of corporate greed and it suffocates you from the moment you arrive. The room is rather bare-bones but otherwise fine. I've been to hotels for $15 a night in third world countries for cleaner, friendlier, and more comfortable accommodations. If it were not for my physical body being stuck in the god-forsaken city of Philadelphia at the moment, I would have gladly rather stayed the night at one of those for far cheaper.

Best customer service by front desk staff SAPRINA who was so kind and helpful. This hotel is 2 minutes from the PHL airport so I was able to take their FREE shuttle to the airport. This worked out perfectly as the shuttle is every 20 to 30 minutes. This hotel is clean and safe! We will defiantly stay here again!
