From start to finish, the staff made a genuine effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Bob at the bar deserves special recognition. He was warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that made the hotel feel like a place to unwind rather than simply wait out the storm. Rooms are dated, but clean. Same with the pool. Needs a little TLC here and there, some epoxy issues, especially around the swim up bar, but mostly just some mild cosmetic issues. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Having the bar and restaurant on site are a plus. Location is pretty good, and there are some nice views of the water if you have a seaside facing room. All in all, I would stay here again.

What a wonderful experience. The staff personally called prior to our arrival to inform us of the elevator situation to give us the option of moving to another hotel. We stayed and glad we did. Things are going to happen but when you have a staff that goes beyond and create an memorable experience you don’t sweat the small stuff. ||Hats off to Jessie at the front desk his follow up and follow through was executional. Positive: The view Negative: The breakfast buffet was not a buffet at all. They were out of almost everything, and no one greeted us when we walked into the restaurant. I was under the impression I was getting a four star hotel and this is nowhere near even a three star hotel.

Emmanuel checked us in. He was so kind and helpful. We had to make a room change due to military service and our party changing. He said no problem and gave us a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. He even threw in a couple free drinks at the end because he could tell I was stressed about taking the kids on vacation without my husband. I was so grateful and it really helped kick me into vacation mode. The pool is lovely and you can see the ocean. So peaceful and beautiful. We are here now and are so happy.
