I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Lashon at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel completely welcome. They went out of their way to make check‑in smooth and even offered great local recommendations that really made my stay special. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such kindness and warmth. Lashon is truly an asset to the hotel — their hospitality turned a good stay into an exceptional one. Very big, nice peanut shaped pool. Some spots around the pool need fresh paint and maybe new furniture at the pool soon. ||Other guests and staff were very friendly and happy. Well stocked lobby store. I didn't try the cookies, but my son had to have one each day. I wish there were more lunch options around, but food delivery time was on par with other cities. Dinner was very good and the lady with breakfast was amazing.

UPDATED REVIEW! Although our stay was not a nice one, management at DoubleTree in Dothan is top tier! Our issue was handled with such professionalism and genuine kindness. I believe I spoke to Dan or Daniel and he listened and was apologetic and made us feel better about our experience. Thank you to the management team for the quick response and help!

The room was so clean and spacious. It had all of the complimentaries that you forget a leave, like: shampoo,blow dryer, makeup remover pads,ex. The pool was so beautiful and elegant. From the front desk til your room the customer service was professional, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend my friends.
