Dolphyn Motel Hampton Beach

Stayed here for the SmuttyNose half marathon and it was perfect! It was right across the street from the start/finish, and when we checked in Gino suggested dinner at Boardwalk Cafe which was only a few blocks up and right on the water with great food. The room came with a full kitchenette so we were set for breakfast in the room. We asked for a later checkout because of the race and Gino gave us both that and held our bags after checkout so we could go back out. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone going to the beach, especially runners for the race! If we’re ever back at Hampton Beach this will definitely be our hotel!

Location is perfect. It’s one block down from the beach so you’re not on the busy Boardwalk. Very peaceful. The owner does not allow noise which keeps your stay nice and quiet. Gino is friendly and really cares about his guests. We have been coming here for almost 30 years. The rooms have been updated appropriately through the years. Every year Gino does something - new AC’s one year, another year new doors, new curtains etc…. The pool is fabulous and HEATED. Not sure if there are other heated pools on the beach. Our grandkids love the pool. The kitchen units are worth the extra money. 4 burner stove, full size frig. , coffee pot, microwave, cable tv. There have been some instances when younger people rent a room for 4 then before you know it there’s 6 noisy friends visiting who are expec

Still our go-to motel every year at Hampton Beach. Always clean and updated with staff making sure your in a happy place every day. We get a kitchenette room that also has a full size fridge as we usually stay for a week or more. Just a block to the beach with restaurants and shopping for all. The owner watched my family as we let our kids and their friends wash off the sand from the beach. He then proceeded to walk up to us and told us we had 10 minutes to get them out and as we argued back the women living their lied and stated they were in the pool when they weren’t. He then told us we needed to leave immediately. We had to shove all our things in a bag and force our kids out of the shower. Would not recommend if you plan on having family visit very briefly

In terms of what you’re paying for it’s a great deal. Rooms are well cleaned and it all encompasses a great heated pool. The guests are friendly and so are the staff. The owner is a great guy and they all do a really good job. The motel is a walk from the beach, boardwalk, and everything else in Hampton. Will be back
