Dave's Last Resort

Dave & his family were amazing host! Not only is his resort in the perfect location to walk down to the amusement park but it also has a perfect spot right on the lake with an amazing view! He has everything you need and then some. At one point he even got me a knife to cut up my vegetables. Me and my family had an amazing time and we will def be booking all our stays at Dave’s for now on. Ty to Dave and his family for the amazing hospitality and great stay! We will see you all soon

I had the absolute pleasure of spending a week at Dave's Last Resort with my family, and I can confidently say, it was one of our best vacations yet! The resort offers a delightful blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty that took our breath away. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease, thanks to Dave who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our cozy unit, nestled on the lakefront, offered an unparalleled view of the beautiful surroundings. The private waterfront nooks became our favorite spots to relax, read a book, or simply soak in the tranquility. The kids loved the swimming pool and the proximity to the Indiana Beach Amusement Park, which was just a short walk away. But what really set this vacation apart was the little details

I would totally recommend this place. We try to come to Monticello once a year, so far this was the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed yet. Dave was so super nice and our room was cute and clean. What a great time we had at Dave’s Last Resort. I brought my whole family ages 9 all the way to 95. Each and everyone of us had a great time. My grandma and kids swim in the pool while my mom and husband fish. We will definitely be back. Thanks Dave making our mini vacation great.

We enjoyed our stay at Dave's Last Resort. The room was decorated with a great resort theme and the owner Dave was an awesome host who made you feel at home while overlooking a gorgeous Lakeview. Will be back.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay here! The best part was being able to watch a movie in the pool at night time. My son loved it! Great views and just a quick walk to the park! Dave was more then welcoming to us! Thanks for a great stay! Llene
