Diamond Suites Philadelphia Center

SCAM- I paid an extra $200 dollars in which they stated that it was to hold incase something happened to the room but it would be refunded. The communication is absolutely awful, they only respond when they want your money. I now have to send a fraudulent report to request my $200 dollars back. Btw...the rooms are definitely not the price they state. It is so much higher. I would never do business with them again. If you don't have an apple phone you will never get in contact with this person. My daughter use her apple phone that was the only way they answered. This is after I paid.

Pro -The host was amazing,very friendly -Good size room with kitchen -Close to everything in Philly -great price point Cons -the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would liked (personally preference) -no paper towel /no sponge for dish

Not good they made me and my girlfriend both pay 200 deposit and kept making the price higher and higher and the 5 star review is the review he made my girlfriend make they are not good with communication and I seen about 50 fights outside since being here

I love it here cheap extended stays fun neighborhood would be back
