Desert Sky Motel and RV campground

Cute basic place, spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Very 70's in decor, quaintly retro! I find this to be a nice affordable alternative during Palm Springs high season when it's a bit too pricey. Yucca Valley has everything you need as far as shopping, close to entrance to Joshua Tree, etc. Quiet location, friendly staff. Good wi-fi, plenty of towels. Will come back and have been for years.

This was the only place that wasn’t full. At first glance seemed okay. But they give you a very small silver of soap and nothing else. 1 wash cloth, no tissues no shampoo, etc. However, we did get a surprise when we got home. BEDBUGS! Stay away from this place. I wish we had slept in the car and saved the $123.00. Which ended up costing us more with the price of the BEDBUG extermination!

Cute little and quiet, I love how there arrent any loud or annoying people that stay there, it's peaceful just about every day and night, I just wish they had bathtubs and maybe brighter lights, electrical outlets are limited And mostly in 2 spots in the room that are taken by the appliances so I would bring an extension cord if you plan on using a laptop or phone charger. But the owners are the nicest people, there are no roaches or insects of any kind in the rooms, the wifi signal is almost non existent so I wouldn't bother using it and I don't recommend using the cable box or TV's USB port to charge any devices as it will only drain it "IF" the device is powered on. Talk about ancient, OMG it feels like your in a foreign country. Gross, the $130 they charged for 1 night was because they have to make up for the times they can't rent rooms. Pool is filled in with dirt and I had a good idea what a 1 star motel looks like. If they'd charge what it worth they'd be shut down.

This place is quiet and very cute the owners are very sweet and I would come back here again !
