Demolition Ranch at the Desperado Resort

My wife and I had a great time at the resort. We got day passes and rented a golf cart. We then drove to all of the iconic spots around the ranch. We also hiked several trails. Preston was very helpful and his dog was friendly. I even got to say high to Matt as he kayaked down the river.

My 1st time ever booking an Air B&B and it was perfection. The house was adorable and comfy. We spent our entire stay just exploring the grounds, Hiking, looking for caves, and enjoying the beautiful river. Renting the golf cart was the best decision ever. The highlight of the entire stay was the amazing staff. David was very helpful and responsive. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Preston also went out of his way to make our stay memorable. His wisdom and knowledge of the property made our adventures and hikes so much more enjoyable. The Best employee by far has to be Roxy. Went to Meatfest, and had the best time eating meat, drinking beer, playing in the river, talking to all the nice people, and meeting a few people I've been waiting years for. I'm going back to every future event, for sure! The road Matt and his crew made with dynamite is beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous.

Had the entire camp area to myself. Found Side Snake Cave. Next time I will seek out Car Hood Cave. Lots of hiking trails and I had my own private Beer Fest

My husband and I were spending time in Fredericksburg. We just drove around and explored the countryside. It was awesome! I had been laying back relaxing and happened to look up as we were about to pass this place. I started yelling Stop Stop! My husband was thinking what the heck! He pulled over and asked me what was up and I said we have to stop and take a picture here and told him who it was. He just laughed and we backed up and took a couple of pictures. He says You are his#1 fan. Lol! We need to go back when it's open.
