Best Western Boerne Inn & Suites

We really enjoyed our stay here. The entire facility, including our room, was very clean and well managed. The rooms were quiet and the A/C maintained a comfortable temperature. The lady that was responsible for the breakfast area was exceptional!! She was so friendly and made sure everyone had everything they needed for their breakfasts. She put a big smile on my face. What a way to start my day!

We had a family meet up here. There are no connecting rooms, but an associate got us rooms across the hall from one another on the second floor. Manager Kathleen and her staff were so friendly—Rose, Gavin and Chris. Diane in the dining room kept the breakfast area replenished and clean. Overall, the hotel was very clean. Our rooms had some maintenance issues and I reported them. I was assured that they would be fixed. Otherwise, I would’ve given a five-star rating.||PS Noise from adjoining rooms and above interrupted our sleep the second night. I suppose that’s the nature of hotels. Try and get rooms on the third floor.

Great staff and buffet breakfast. Would've loved to some Mexican variety plates. Room very clean and comfy. No musty odors.

The room itself was very nice. Recently remodeled and nicer than expected for the price. The bathroom needs the same but not terrible. Definitely worth the money.

I want to begin by expressing my gratitude for the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff at this hotel. My room was spacious and incredibly comfortable during my stay. It was even larger than my overpriced one-bedroom in California, which is quite surprising. The room clean and exuded a cozy ambiance. However, I must mention that my room was located next to the freeway, which I found soothing. Nevertheless, if you prefer a quieter environment and don’t mind the proximity of cars to your window, this might not be the ideal choice for you. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Miss Cruz and Kathleen for their excellent check-in and check-out services.
