Delta Hotels Phoenix Mesa

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The gentleman who helped me check in on 2/24 around 12:30AM was so pleasant and helpful. Location was convenient, parking was easy, and the room was great. I’d definitely come back if I’m in this area again!

I stayed at the Delta Hotels Phoenix Mesa in December while chaperoning my son and his soccer team. The hotel staff were excellent and always available to offer assistance. From the front desk to the food service, they all were friendly, kind and ready to help. In particular, one of the food service staff, Evelin Brian, went above and beyond and was so helpful in ensuring that my son and his teammates were well fed and ready for their games even when we had a very early game time one morning. She was such a wonderful woman that I wanted to make sure that she knew that she was appreciated for her extra special care and attention. This was an overall great place to stay at for the week. I recommend completely.

Had a very pleasant business stay. The staff at the hotel are incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, even with receiving large and heavy packages at the front desk. I've had worse customer service and treatment at 5-star luxury hotels. In fact, my experience here was of one of the best run hotels I've seen regardless of price category. Will definitely be staying here for follow up trips.

Positive: Hotel Employee treated us like royalty!!It was our 50th wedding anniversary. He gave us a beautiful room on the 11th floor overlooking the city. Not only that, he sent us a tray of chocolate covered strawberries with whipped cream. What a happy & fun surprise!! Negative: ""

Nice hotel. Clean and well worth more than what we paid. |We ate at Cafe Azul every morning and Evelin took great care of us. She recommended the Huevos Rancheros and it was delicious! I ordered it every morning and her service with a smile was delightful.
