Delta Hotels Philadelphia Airport

This is the first hotel that did not have a smell! The place is clean and smelled nice! We have been to a lot of hotels across continents, and the only one on par is at Japan! This place reflects the care and love of the staff to the place! Staff is nice and pleasant, they are very welcoming and polite. Craig, the general manager is awesome! Explains why the staff and place is at that level. He took care of us when we were there, we were stuck there due to snow storm to where we were headed. Definitely recommend this place and would definitely go back there when we are at Philly again!

Positive: The staff were helpful pleasant they tried to fix all the problems i had with both rooms I was placed. Negative: The first room the shower did not work the second room was dirty and the shower stopped up I wasn't able to take a bath before my flight

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times before and I guess they were without incident since I never felt compelled to write a review prior to this last visit. It was a stay of yos and downs. It got off to a great start thanks to IsaiahC., the front desk agent. He was professional, well-groomed, and courtesy. He helped us navigate the signing in process (not easy for two non-technical people!) and even ran to help us with our luggage cart. When I got a tickle in my throat during the sign in process another man materialized with a cold bottle of water. Off to a good start! The hotel itself is very attractive and we’ve always found it clean. The “down” came from the dining room staff. The onsite restaurant is small and dark. This is a great value! Front desk staff waa awesome.. A bit of an issue with Linda?! I asked for a late check out for Bon Voy Platinum Elite and it seemed like I was repremended for someone putting my account number from Bon Voy in the system.. So She gave me a 1 pm check-out and made it seem like I should be greatful.. I did not like it and decided to leave at 7:30 am.. When I checked out, she proceeded to educate me about third party applications.. I'd just woken up and was not ready for the firm education.. I also did not like that an additional $150 dollars when I extended two days... So now I had the price for the rooms and 300 dollars in security deposits plus parking.. No free parking.. But... The breakfast was awesome and aliah was awesome!!! The Pantry was great for all day snack

I thought the Delta Hotel was very nice. I was there for two nights to attend a funeral. When I arrived on Feb 6, 2026 the front desk greeting was amazing everyone at the desk looked up an greeted. Noah helped me get checked in Noah also let me know I was upgraded to go to the pantry. When I went to my room I relized it was on the end by the stairs and attached to another room. I called down stairs to get my room switched. I spoke with Noah again he said no problem. I went down stairs to get my key. While going back upstairs I ran into a nice maid that showed me my new room. After going to my room I toke advantage of going to the pantry which was very nice. I wanted to say thank you to Craig one of the managers and Desan that made me laugh. They were both very nice during my stay.
