Attention all brides —— if you’re thinking of booking DeKoven for a wedding, do it! Aside from the charming venue and prime location, Nicole Miller was one of our main reasons for booking DeKoven as our wedding venue. From the moment we met Nicole, she showed such passion and care for managing the execution of weddings. I don’t know the amount of times I’ve emailed Nicole with a crazy add on or request, but she handled every response with professionalism, grace and so much care for making our day special. I feel like I’ve known Nicole for years and she truly takes pride in ensuring brides/grooms are set up for success on their wedding day. Thank you DeKoven team for making our wedding day so magical and a special thank you to Nicole for going above and beyond.

We got married here on September 6, 2025, and overall our experience was truly wonderful. The venue itself was beautiful, and most of the staff went above and beyond to make our day special. Nicole Miller was absolutely amazing and exceeded every expectation. She went completely above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we felt supported and stress-free throughout the entire process. Joseph and Sam were also a huge help and played an important role in keeping the day on track. Their professionalism, kindness, and teamwork did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for them. I was lucky enough to attend WMAW (Western Martial Arts Workshop) at the DeKoven Center in Racing, WI. The location is absolutely beautiful. Everything about the site, from the amazing gothic architecture, to the well manicured courtyard, shaded by old majestic trees, to the hourly tolling of the bell tower, make it feel like being transported to another world, or at least to another age. The center is built alongside Lake Michigan, if you have the opportunity, wake up early and watch the sunrise over the lake, I promise, it is worth the (very slight) effort. The staff are all friendly, polite, and professional, and absolutely go out of their way to make sure to be helpful and accommodating. Beautiful building, would be perfect for a wedding, the grounds are nice as well, only issue was some goose poop around. Attached pictures are the view of Lake Michigan that's across the street

I had a wonderful ceremony at St Johns Chapel. The Dekoven Center was very clear and communicative through the process. Chapel was very affordable, one of the cheapest ceremony sites I could locate. Someone was available to help or answer questions the day of. We were able to get on the property a half he early for photos on the grounds, which were beautiful. All the equipment worked great.
