Days Inn & Suites Sam Houston Tollway

First time here , ordered the suite and we were really comfortable , the room was very nice and acceptable for the price totally worth it!

I book a room here every week for my traveling employees and always receive the best customer service from the staff. My tech request this hotel as it is very clean and accommodating. We especially love the manager Bunty, he goes above and beyond for us. We will continue to use this establishment for our company's work travels! Thank you!

Positive: "" Negative: Noise insulation was lacking. I heard footsteps from an upstairs guest between midnight and 4 AM. After my first complaint at 2 AM, the attendant did little. For my second complaint at 4 AM, I had to ask the attendant to go with me to the room above mine.

Very bad worse experience, i forgot a shirt and came back to find,but they.didn't and wouldnt allow me to try to find. Terrible experience, bad service, never ever go there.bad smell.

From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. James made my stay so much more enjoyable, and I can't recommend this hotel enough!
