If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. When I booked this hotel, the description said 24 hour desk service - definitely not. Breakfast at 7 you say? Naw, chairs were still upside down on tables and front lobby lights were still off, still no one at the front desk by 8 AM. I was asked by another guest if I worked there. They said ‘I guess no one works here’ - they had been trying to get ahold of someone since the night before. No, they didn’t answer the ring doorbell that they have either. Well, maybe we can hang out by the pool until someone gets here - naw it wasn’t open until 3 pm and closed at 7 pm. I never did get my room key but for some reason it was appropriate to check me in while I was still driving through Canada. I never did get to use my $750 room. I ended up sleeping in

Listen. I usually don’t ever post reviews like this, and all the way up until this point I was always just grateful for the blessing of getting away. I have never stayed in a hotel room I didn’t like. I’m telling you right now, do not stay here. The staff was very kind to me. However. I got a hotel room for two days to get away. My toilet plugged every time I used it for some reason no matter what, my shower head didn’t work, everything was extremely cheap, there was a very questionable stain on the chair in my room. I am never one to complain, this is out of character for me, but please do not stay here. In all of the hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, this is the only one I hated staying in, inside of this country and anywhere else for that matter you just cannot get any worse than this. I

I book a room for 2 days and I couldn't stay for one hour there and left and if there was a 0 review, this would be my first ever giving out to any of reviews. I had never thought I would give 0 to any business at all, but every day passes, I want to give them negatives. Walked in exhausted, wanted to heat some food lay in bed watching TV the take a shower and sleep, Microwave was broken, I couldn't get to front desk as I trully believe the phone was just for the looks. I ended up going down twice too to find the front desk attendant. Open TV while I'm waiting but of course no service, even for the direct TV the main TV services that you get with a broken TV in the suburban. I tried to cool myself down knowing the attendant knocking on my door, they want me to use a different room for Micr

This place is terrible, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. My son and I just needed a quick stop for a hockey game, it literally smelled like someone was smoking inside our room. Cigarette smoke pumping into the room from a vent in the bathroom, it was absolutely gross. They offered a spray, but it was early in the AM and my son was sleeping. The solution is to shut this bad boy down and start over. Pure garbage, like the liter that resides throughout the property. Worst stay in my life, and wish I wasn’t kidding.

Positive: Staff was very pleasant Negative: The room decor, paint, and accessories were in need of updating. Whoever painted the bathroom most likely had never painted before. Wall paint was splatter and painted on wall fixtures....no taping was used. Very poor. Hot water supply very slow.
