Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane

Rooms were clean, was in town for a tournament we rented this location for the pool, breakfast and fitness room and sadly it was out of order when we arrived. Breakfast was oatmeal, premade mini waffles, boiled eggs and toast. The kids said it was total school breakfast :( Not too bad but could improve overall for sure. Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.

Staff were friendly. I requested a room upstairs and away from the road, which I received. It was quieter than I expected, was clean and provided all the basic (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, tv w/some stations, shampoo/soap). The bed was comfortable. Note that the pool & fitness center are likely permanently closed (I don't know why they don't just say that), breakfast offering is small, there is no elevator and parking is tight. None of this was an issue for me, but might be for others.

Positive: Price Negative: Yes room wasn’t clean. The hotel smelled weird and I wasn’t notified that the fitness center and indoor pool were closed. It should say on the website as amenities are a big part of why people stay at hotels

Great place to stay for a night or four in my case. Excellent friendly service in a well located spot in Spokane. Competitive pricing and clean rooms and the bathrooms are immaculate. TJ did our check in and his calm and cool focused style was so needed after such a hectic day. It brought my Day to a pleasant conclusion and check in was a breeze. Sadie, in the a.m. was a real pleasure to chat with as well as helping navigate extending my stay, keeping the same room and it took only moments. I not only would recommend, I will be staying here again.

I stay in Missoula MT at least 18 days out of the month . I had bad experiences with other motels in this area. The day I checked in here I knew I found where I’d always stay. The night manager Sandra is 99% the reason I’ll stay again and again, she’s helpful, friendly, sweet and funny. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the price is hard to beat! Trust me, go meet Sandra and you’ll find the place you’ll always stay !!
