Customer Reviews
Pros: good mattress, updated bathroom. Convenient location, near any shopping needs, easy to get to various parts of Savannah. No bugs. Dog friendly, with a good sized patch of green behind it for her to go busy, but there is a feral cat in the connex. Does have a small drink and snacks for purchase at the desk. Cons: floor was pretty dirty (the TEENAGER wanted to ask for a broom and mop), scuff/burn marks on the floor. Walls are thin. Management puts everyone on top of each other instead of spacing folks out - results in having to listen to screaming kids and adults at 0100 (baby is obviously forgiven but not the kids/parents). The pot smokers were chill as all and moved when we asked nicely bc they made the room smell. Breakfast is slices of bread and two cereal choices. Can't say whethe
Positive: The bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was decent Negative: No carpets on the floor ,furniture was old and stained, very little toiletries and hard to get them. Language barrier with workers
I need a handicap accessible bathroom and this shower wasn't one I could use. There's a wide, fairly high lip to step over to get into the shower and the grab bars are not positioned well. There is very little soundproofing so we heard the noisy neighbors all evening. The bed was pretty comfortable, but there's a metal plate all around the base of the bed that we bumped several times and it made a loud noise. We wondered why it was there. The room temperature was hard to regulate.
Room was clean enough, but bedding was stained. We pulled it off and thankfully had bedding from camping that we put on the bed instead. Some of the smaller towels were new, but bath towels were stained too. I used the ones from camping also just to be safe.
Room smelled very musty inside. Beds were fine, but bed sheets felt dirty and as if someone had previously laid in them and sweat in them. The sheets had stains. Some were dirt, discolorations, and there was also one red orangish stain + sheets smelled. Bathroom floors were dirty with footprints. Underneath the bed when moved there was dirt, hair, and other foreign particles. Other people whom occupied rooms sat outside and were staring at you. One guy held his phone playing music in his hand and just watched you for the entirety of our unpacking. Very creepy. Breakfast was sub-par as well and limited, but I could go on about that. This room is okay enough if you are able to stomach stained sheets, dirty floors, and smells that are musty. But if you are uncomfortable by the previous st
