Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mesa Near Phoenix

One of the best Days Inn we've stayed in! Very clean! Property is well maintained with friendly front desk staff. Spacious room, comfortable bed and clean linens. Great water pressure, hot water and drainage. Microwave, mini 'fridge and safe. Plenty of free parking. Side doors were kept locked, only accessible by key card. No strange people wandering the area. No creepy crawlers with multiple legs were seen. No offensive odors lingering anywhere. We only stayed 2 nights but would definitely stay here again for a longer visit when in the area.

Booked a 3-night trip for the kids in hopes of some sunshine and pool time. AZ weather looked in the 60's, so I specifically called the front desk before booking to inquire if the pool was heated. The front desk (hotel property), told me YES! My kids were so excited to swim and wanted me to ask pool hours after a long day of travel only to be told the pool heater had been broken for a month, but they would enjoy the hot tub... The overall property was clean and tidy, but rundown. While the common areas were refreshed, the rooms are older and rundown. Our shower curtain had stains and the lamps were in need of new shades. Lights have standard plugs and you cannot charge your devices via USB ports only. There was a sign for tipping housekeeping via QR code, but no tip was warranted. While th

Positive: The 24hr front desk staff provided great customer service during my stay. Negative: The doors tend to slam and can be very obnoxious at busier times of the day when guests are coming and going.

Stay: 2/17-2/21 For years I have hesitated to stay at a Days Inn again. This one restored my faith. I would’ve given it for stars but my expectations are a bit higher when it comes to decor. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, especially Dean. He answered our questions and was most accommodating. However, so was the rest of the staff. The lobby, dining area, public bathrooms are updated. For the most part, the rooms are updated. A few minor areas aren’t, the doors and some of the decor such as lamps and furniture (upholstered chair and couch). The chair should be discarded. It is evidently dirty with caked black dirtiness. And the couch had little slits on it. Another matter is cleanliness. For the most part, the room was clean, but again I have standards: door frames, light switches

This hotel was a nice comfortable place to call home for 3 weeks, it was clean and welcoming. The rooms were large and set up nice with it feeling well maintained. They have a nice breakfast selection that’s a great way to start your day.I also liked they are located right by gas groceries, shopping and the freeway. I definitely will stay here again when in town!! Thanks for everything
