ZERO STARS. I wish I had read the negative reviews before booking! This place was beyond disgusting. It started with my 7 yr old finding a used syringe in one of the dresser drawers upon arrival, and as if that wasn’t bad enough- it was just the beginning! The room was filthy. The AC was off when we arrived, so the wall of HOT, stale cigarette smoke (in a “no-smoking” room) and mold stench hit hard and lingered for hours as the AC struggled to cool the room to a suitable temperature. There were splatters and chunks of dried bodily fluids/bloody discharge/boogers/fecal matter and filth on EVERY wall of the room. The paint was badly cracked and peeling, there was mold/Black slime in the bathroom and sink area. The sink was clogged and drained extremely slowly, just washing my hands caused it

This hotel is disrespectful and weird asf. I get a knock on the door at 6pm! The owner telling me to open my door all the way so they can check a hole that’s been there before we had even came to the room, and we already been here abt 2 weeks, I told him I’m give me minute because I got company and he just demanding me to open my door like I have no privacy. So he came back 5 mins away and had multiple ppl coming in tryna fix the hole while me and my partner uncomfortable sitting in our bed because they didn’t warn nobody about this they just did it. They was leaving the door wide open as they was coming in and out, and after the owner son asked was there any other holes in the room I said no he still went look around our room and in the bathroom after I just told him no. Than he tried

Plain and simple you do not want to stay at this hotel online it looks very nice and pretty. rooms are a level one if that I couldn't get all of my money back I got half of it back I was just glad to leave the pool is under the construction the parking lot has potholes all in it. And there was pretty shady people just hanging around outside. On second thought I think it's a hourly room hotel which I would not recommend.

Highly recommend you don't stay here. Bad location (you need transport rather than walking) & felt unsafe. Had someone peering in our room in the morning. We were booked for 2 nights & only stayed the 1 night. The condition of the room was disgusting. It had cigarette burns on the furniture, the carpet & the duvets, the bathroom door was falling off because it had one hinge holding it on and therefore would not close. The towel rail was coming off the wall, there was one working light in the whole room, and we were kind of thankful for that so that we couldn’t see the mould on the walls. Slept in our clothes it was so filthy. Not what you want after travelling for more than 20 hours.

I'm not a hotel snob but will not stay here again. Electric tape on lamp that wouldn't work until I wiggled the cord so I unplugged it, paint peeling of walls in bathroom, mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom, not the cleanest . I did check beds and they were clean with no bed bugs. If I had not witness the people in front of me have trouble getting their money back I would have tried after getting into my room. Plus it was 10 pm so that made it that much worse. The pictures online made it look like a decent place. Pictures look WAY BETTER than the room really is.
