This is my favorite hotel in cypress. They have a gym, and they have great service because the staff is lovely . I love my view, when I look out the window in the morning I can see ducks swimming in the creek The hotel is located across from the hospital so I have recovered from three surgeries here and I'm back to recover from my forth surgery. I enjoy having breakfast and making one of their amazing coffee or tea before I start my day. This is my third room and every room has been very clean and my bed is actually comfortable😍 Starbucks is across the street There is a market less than a mile away and there are two fantastic restaurants very close by.

The hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is the same as every other hotel complimentary breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful.Will stay here again….

Check-in was very smooth, and the room was spacious and clean. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, there was a very strong smell in the corridor on the third floor where I stayed. Secondly, breakfast was quite disappointing — there were no eggs, which are usually a universal part of breakfast. On the first day, tea was out of stock, and when I asked at reception, I was told “sorry, it’s not available.” The next morning it was still missing, and when I asked again, the receptionist argued that they had ordered it but not received it yet. Surprisingly, when I pressed further, tea was made available within an hour, which I found quite unprofessional. On a positive note, I appreciate the staff for providing me with a laptop charger when I needed it.
