If I could give zero stars, I would. Overall, my experience while I was actually staying at this hotel wasn’t terrible, but the real problems came after my stay. I stayed here for work on September 29–30, 2025. A few weeks after checking out, I realized that my $50 deposit had never been returned. No big deal, I thought, I’d just call and get it sorted out. Little did I know, it would be nowhere near that simple. The employee I spoke with was determined to give me the runaround and claimed that the deposit refund is an entirely automated process that employees have no control over. That’s obviously nonsense, considering incidental deposits are held for damages and must be reviewed and approved once the room is inspected. Positive: Nothing Negative: I do not recommend it to anyone. The hotel smells bad, is dirty, the sheets are dirty (looks reused), the pool is disabled, there is no breakfast. Very disappointed.

Do NOT stay here! The female staff lady chased me down the hall saying something about keeping her floors clean, not sure why, floors were filthy! |Bathroom had hair trimmings in toilet, shower amenities were strewn on the floor, no breakfast, female staff lady was extremely rude to the male staff guy about making sure before we check out that he throughly check the room especially the floor and bed to make sure they aren’t messed up. Booked a king size bed but was told they didn’t have it so given two doubles. Room has roaches, place very run down. Only stay if absolutely necessary, that’s the only reason we were there

Let's start off when I got there It was disgusting.... Beds are squeaky and stained. to the musky smell of the room. Shower was so nasty.. Then when needing to check out. no one was at the desk We rung the bell multiple times and have waited for awhile and yet no service to Check out of our rooms...

We arrived at the hotel on the 3rd of July we were excited about the holiday. The managers daughter is the one that checked us in. She was very friendly and nice. We booked two rooms my grandson and his family drive down with us and was going to ride to the beach with us for the afternoon after we got checked in. It was hot outside so they came in waiting for us to check in and we told the manager that he was not going to stay him and his family came in to get out of the heat waiting for us to check in the manager made such a big deal out of it as if we were, doing something wrong so to keep him from standing in the hallway as we took our thing to our rooms my grandson got a room to stay. The next morning we went to go get breakfast come to find out what the manager calls breakfast is
