Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charleston Airport West

I had a great stay at this Days Inn and was genuinely impressed with the level of service and hospitality. The front desk employees, Payton and Parker, are always professional, friendly, and quick to get you checked in so you can relax without any hassle. Their efficiency and positive attitude really set the tone for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and comfort provided. I also want to highlight the general manager, who is absolutely awesome. Beds very comfortable, but the bug problem needs to be fixed. And the fact that there was feces on the toilet paper in our room was gross. Also get the hot water fixed. It took 30 mins before it got hot

I read all the negative reviews before booking, but the price and location were what we were looking for, so we took a chance. This is not the first time we found the reviews were wrong (or we're just lucky). The room was clean and comfortable. No bugs. No problem with the shower or hot water. I don't know if the air conditioner worked, but the heat did (it was a chilly weekend). The room was missing a hair dryer, but Parker at the front desk searched for one and delivered it to our room. The housekeeping staff was polite and friendly. At no time did we feel unsafe inside or outside the room. We needed to amend our stay, and Parker took care of that as well. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that Parker is a Bears fan, and we're from Wisconsin. We were in town for the Ch

First was never told place was being renovated rooms were clean but heating unting is falling apart I should be happy it works ! for in room phone doesn't ,no winter blankets on bed , no coffee pot in room, room smelled of marijuana,worst for last NO HOT WATER walls have chips and or holes in them so called closet isn't even framed properly ,paint chips falling and peeling from ceiling ( hot water worked after owner checked water heater)If was told ahead of time I would had booked another hotel, but probably came here when they are ready for humans they even booked domine in a room that was already taken..I get they probably just bought this dive and are trying to fix it up . However having people in these rooms are just neglect to their customers .Lack of respect for me & other customers.

The room overall was clean, the location is convenient, but the service was definitely not up to par. It says guest self serve laundry area which I could not find. I also went to the desk numerous times after arriving and was never able to get anyone to come to the door. I called repeatedly and no answer. There’s a homewood suite down the street definitely go there!
