Best night's sleep your 75 Bucks and a set of earplugs can buy in California. The criticisms of this property are valid. The building is dated and situated right next to major traffic areas, and the walls are paper thin. However, the staff is unusually accommodating, and the rooms are clean. Above all, the place is free of any pestilence trying to free ride on your 75 Dollar investment. The parking lot, and the absence of excessive guest noise, suggested the hotel is populated by like-minded regular folk trying to get a good night's sleep without blowing out their budget. The furniture, on the other hand, suffered an acute identity crisis...not sure whether it wanted to represent mid 20th Century modern or "The Jetsons". We only stayed 1 night but we were pleasantly surprised how nicely kept this Inn was. The night clerk on duty for 3/1/26 was very nice and friendly. He actually looked like he enjoyed his job. The airport was only 10 minutes away so this was a perfect place to lay our heads for the evening.

Positive: Nice clean room Negative: The people on our floor yelling at each other and slamming their doors during the night.

We stayed here after a late night flight into SMF airport. For the 10 min drive, it was worth it. No more hectic Park and Fly hotels for us! The cost of long term parking at the airport was only $8 a day and our king room here, $106! The bed was so comfortable with new, soft sparkling white linens (comforter and light waffle spread) and comfy pillows. Great room darkening shades. The room was large, quiet (even though it was by the stair well.) FYI there is no elevator, but the nice guy at check in offered to take my lunch garage up. Also, I’ll just say, the “breakfast” is coffee (ran out by 8:40), toast, oatmeal or Cheerios. Boom! That’s it. Black Bear Diner is a walk away.|For this traveling couple, this hotel is A BARGAIN, and just what we look for. VERY CLEAN, friendly and professional

Not a bad motel at all, and for the price I was offered for a three night stay was amazing. Deposit was only $50 and they have an awesome late check-out fee and if you have pets it’s only $25 fee. The employees/owners are awesome people. It’s nice to have a shopping center and fast food next store. Coming back again!
