Best Western Shadow Inn

The young man in the front desk was very friendly and polite over the phone and in person. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet even though is right next to the highway. The hotel and the room were clean and seemed updated. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The parking lot was clean, quiet and felt very safe. They are dog-friendly and offer breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: I enjoyed the breakfast. It was small but had pancakes, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. Awesome breakfast. The rooms were clean. Negative: The restroom barn door. The toilet area should have a door so someone can brush their teeth while the other uses the restroom.

Seriously the worst experience at a hotel/motel ever. Stayed 4 days and they NEVER cleaned our room. We arrived to a room with half the power out. They moved us to a smaller room with power. Day one no one cleaned our room and our room keys were deactivated. After being thus to their attention we were given new keys and we were assured they would clean our Roman the next day. Next day after returning to our room it was again found with not service. We again notified the front office and we were told the same thing again. Still no towels, no coffee and no service. By the third day returning only to find the same state of our room we decided to leave. Three days of problems and empty promises. The guy at the front fest was very kind and apologized but nothing changed. Really I have no idea h

Bad experience, don't stay here! The bed didn't have the bottom sheet, linens and paper products were low quality. The free breakfast was very average and unhealthy. The gal at the front desk had a great list of restaurants in the area that was much appreciated.

This place is a gem! Outstanding service, very clean room, comfy bed, real breakfast and dog friendly! Very safe as well. We have stayed twice at this location and we give it 5 stars across the board. I used to work in hospitality and these folks are a shining example! Thank You to Shelly the manager as well as Bryan the receptionist for going above and beyond!
