Days Inn by Wyndham West Memphis

Is honestly a little bit better then what you would expect for a motel of its age. I personally stay in a lot of hotels for traveling if you look at me you know last night was a unique situation. I was traveling on my way home swerved to miss a deer and ended up totaling out the rental car. Nobody else was involved in the accident so I had to do the DUI testing all that hoopla. Then I had no idea what to do I've never been in a car accident. The tow truck driver said he could drop me off at a nearby Hotel. I called & the front desk person is EXCEPTIONAL!! I'm going to try and find out their name again cuz I can't remember what it is right now and add it to this. They just said no problem come on over. Just an honest review. The hotel is not a bad place at all. It was under construction while we were there so things were a little messy. The tv remote would not work. They finally got the maintenance man to bring a new remote. There was no smoke detectors, which is a fire code violation. But all in all, I would stay here again. I did not feel unsafe, and the room was clean.

This was absolutely NOT as described on Hotels.com The room was dirty andat least the dirty floor did not have carpet. Also, both the mattresses and box springs were wrapped to prevent bedbugs. Pool was not maintained. Front desk would not allow us to see the room before purchase and said she would not refund me if it was not acceptable. Incredibly disappointed. This is the equivalent of a run down Motel 6. Outside doors, no inside rooms. Smells bad. The desk worker made it seem as she was doing us a favor by giving us a non-smoking room. Just don't stay stay here.

I would not let my dog stay here. NO heat in 32 degree weather. The smell was breathe taking. I tried to call front desk. The phone was just a prop. Pictures added. We went to Ramada. If you want a room and Bed its for you. It wasn't for us.

My sister and mom had a great time; when they were at the hotel but the breakfast was a C & D plus. They did not have to much of a choice. It was still good though. The casino was close by to. So A+ for that.
