Days Inn by Wyndham Waco

I had a great stay at this hotel. My car broke down while driving from another state, and I was looking for something reliable. I'm happy to report there were no roaches, and the room was very clean. The staff was welcoming, and housekeeping was provided daily. For the price, the cleanliness and service are absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing good value in the area.

Positive: Not one thing was beneficial or likable about this horrible excuse of a 'hotel' which is quite obviously misclassified! Negative: Everything from the discrimination from the 'manager'... to the all-night parties by guests... to the beer found in the refrigerator by my 8-year-old son.... the list goes on and on... trust me!

The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. Definitely great in a pinch, however the roaches were bad. I can sacrifice a lot in a room but roaches isn’t one of them! It was so disgusting I left at 5:00. They definitely need an exterminator. Other than that it was great. Unfortunately I won’t ever come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the most disgusting motel I have ever been to, and the staff will lie to you and a booking agency about a refund. There was vomit on the wall outside the bathroom, blood on a towel(it was semi fresh),boogers on the bathroom walls, hair in the bathtub, bugs crawling on the ceiling in the bathroom, trash on the bathroom floor, and it smelled like they tried to cover up chain smokers living there.|I went to the office to tell them, and they said they’d refund me because they didn’t have any other rooms. The girl faked sending the refund information to hotels.com, and told me I just needed to call them to get it done. When hotels.com called the hotel he told them they were preparing a room for us, and we just left. It was 10:39 at night and we just arrived in town. Ou

Honestly a great stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were just super nice. Nothing felt complicated. I’d come back.
