Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sidney, NE

This Country Inn is NOT one we would stay at again. It's location was good close the Sidney's very first Cabelas store and the location was quiet. The bathtub was grossly stained. We did not use it. While the bed was made to look nice it literally had debris and hair in it. Thank God for pjs. The room smelled a bit off. We always wear shoes or slip ons while in any hotel. I would advise that practice. The refrigerator had no shelves and must have been turned on to freeze everything. One of the maids had her cute, friendly little boy running freely in the hallway. He was a delightful presence. The breakfast looked to be average.

The front desk gal had no idea what she was doing, and was sleeping when we took our dog to the bathroom. The fridge wouldn't open properly. The bodywash was empty, hair in the tub. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast- all pastries were stale. No knives to put butter on anything. No cream cheese for bagels. Coffee had tons of grounds in it. Hallway had stains of something all down it.

Amazing stay for the price!!! Clean rooms with comfortable beds plus free breakfast. You can't beat the price location is key. And service is amazing. Thank you to all the staff at Country Inn. We will return in the future.

Got this hotel ahead of time off expedia.. tried from minute one to reach out since I looked at reviews odd expedia and saw their pool didnt work among other things and I couldn't reach the company.. I then reached out off expedia still no response to then I reached out to expedia and they said just drive there. We'll we did. We get there and the place looks vacant. The restaurant attached has dangerous building signs (which we have pictures of ) and the parking lot all around is used for truckers. We walk in and noticed some issues and stood and waited. Finally the general manager came up (very friendly ) and we told her we weren't staying and she said she cant refund on her end so we call expedia and the lady refused to listen to us and wouldn't speak to them off our phone and since thei

We believe we were exposed to bedbugs on your first night staying with you. You should get this checked out so that others don’t have the same awful experience we are having. As we have never been exposed to them before we thought they were some kind of spider bites. Had I known we would not have stayed there a second night and possibly got more hitchhikers. This has been a nightmare. I felt sorry for you guys as there were not many guests and the young man at the desk the first night was very nice and pleasant to talk too that is why we stayed a second night. I like to support those businesses that are genuinely trying to succeed. The second morning breakfast was very disappointing. There was no milk for cereal. No apple juice. No forks.
