Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Southeast/Frost Bank Center

Floors were extremely dirty🤢 stayed there from Friday to Monday. Housekeeping went Saturday and didn't even knock or announced that it was them trying to enter my room.(Didn't get Housekeeping my whole stay) The day of check out the clerk did a "courtesy call" and instead of being professional, she says "get up, time to go!" 🤨 Booked connecting rooms and one shower had no hot water

Pretty good, friendly staff, no carpet in the room which is a good thing. Exercise room, computer, printer, breakfast free for customers. No coffee pot in room. Microwave in room worked, fridge was fine. Iron and blow dryer there but I didn't use them. Tub slow draining. ||||Learn how to check for bed bugs before you stay at another hotel. These mattresses were clean, the sheets were clean. ||||The room design could be better, no light over the table. I moved the table near the light but when I plugged it into the second outlet, it didn't work. I needed the working outlet to charge my phone. The table between the beds was extremely small with a large based lamp and phone on it. Very little room for a phone, eyeglasses, tv remote. ||||Also while the bright lights in the parking lot are a go

Positive: The hotel was horrible. This was the worst experience ive ever had at a hotel. Negative: The room was disgusting and we found blood splatter in the bathroom and on the floor in the room.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The restroom light kept going on and off till it finally went out I told the lady at the front desk she said the light is on the outside but I was well aware of that. Bedding had stains

After completing check in on phone, it was pointless because we had to do it again upon arrival. After being asked about No Smoking rooms (2), room 112 had a marijuana odor. Both 111 and 112 had mold and 111 restroom door wouldn't close. No breakfast available.
