Customer Reviews
The coffee at breakfast was amazing! I am still thinking about how good that coffee was! The beds were comfy and the rooms were fairly clean. There was one entrance for in/out because the other out entrance had the gate shut. This made it very difficult to leave the facility, as you had to watch for people coming in the narrow driveway that really isn’t meant for two cars. Also, you at exiting right onto a very busy feeder of I10 where cars are going very fast and there aren’t many breaks in traffic. It was very hazardous to turn out into moving traffic, and I am a Houston driver, so traffic doesn’t usually bother me. Additionally, there were lots of people loitering in the parking lot and around the facility at all hours of the day. This made me somewhat concerned for security and safety
Positive: "" Negative: There were burn holes in the sheets & when I asked for more it was a big ordeal. The towels were stained I asked for new towels they made me wait for housekeeping, even though I had the other towels . The breakfast was undercooked and the staff was rude.
A friend and I spent two nights here as we visited local attractions. We used the pool for a couple hours one afternoon. The outside of the hotel looks a little run down. The room was a little on the dirty side. The beds were fairly comfortable. The water pressure was decent. The pool was nice, but the water seemed to need a bit of filtering/cleaning. It was not a bad stay, but certainly not my best.
It's almost worth the value. Beds ok, showers warm. Towels, linen; seem clean, sometimes stains. Breakfast, rather not; but it's available. Mini fridge barely kept our drinks cold. Hospitality average. Location is great for shopping, property seems safe. I heard the all ice machines been down since the cold front which was weeks ago. No bueno.
This is one of the Best hotels that I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at almost every one in SA. They’re one of the few hotels that still offer breakfast and it’s not just coffee. You’re getting a full hot breakfast, and to me that’s very important. The staff is amazing and do all they can to make sure I have everything I need. If I left something at home, they don’t have a problem giving me what I’ve forgotten. If you’re in SA this is definitely the place to stay if you want to relax and have some awesome service
