Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown

Positive: The helpfulness of the staff. Always willing to go out of their way to make sure that guests are comfortable. They (the staff) are the only reason I’d recommend staying here. Negative: Online advertising has breakfast included with the stay. But in actuality no hot breakfast at alll.

They do charge a security deposit of $40. It's not mentioned when booking online so be aware to add that into the price when booking.

Positive: The room was ok but this was nothing like it shows online Negative: Well there was no pool it was under construction, no breakfast even though when I book it said breakfast

Positive: A place to sleep Negative: The hotel was under renovation which would have been nice to know ? Hardly any staff or other guests had to ask for everything nothing was available

Positive: That is close to downtown area. Negative: Almost everything from the nasty pool to the rooms. No breakfast, very damaged is not how it looks on pictures.
