Days Inn by Wyndham Reno

Positive: Clean bed Negative: 3 large water puddles in entrance to the room and in the bathroom.Trash all over the place including cigarette butts. I thought maybe there was a flood so I asked they said no.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I want to start this review, which I seldom do, by stating that I have stayed in La Quinta Hotels by Wyndham many times as I am a business professional who travels regularly and they are usually quite nice . This was, I hope, an exception as I am considering never staying at another @wyndhamlaquintahotels ever again! We booked a 4 night stay to visit some friends. When we arrived late that evening, our room was DISGUSTING!!! The linens looked like they had been soiled by homeless people and just watched without bleach, if they were washed at all! The room absolutely STUNK like urine and the TV did not work but this wasn't the worst thing. The restroom had not been cleaned and had piles of hair as if someone had recently cut their hair in th

The rooms were nice but the location was kind of gross, it backed up to an older neighborhood which doesn't really matter, but the people staying there were hanging out of their door smoking cigarettes and a couple people just talking hanging out in the parking lot. But again if you're just there for a one-nighter, it's good, nice shower, nice flat screen TV, a small fridge and a microwave. Just to be clear this is a motel the doors are on the outside there is no internal hallway like a hotel.

I strongly advise spending an extra $20 per night to stay elsewhere. This hotel was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. There was no one at the front desk; check-in was via a kiosk with a staff member on a headset who provided no help, much like an automated system. The room was filthy, with stains on the walls, and the first room reeked of smoke. I requested assistance from the kiosk attendant, but he simply directed me to email a manager who was not on site. I left after just three hours, unable to stay in such conditions, yet lost all my money for a three-day booking. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness and customer service.

Room was decent looking. Floor was dirty as hell and surfaces were dusty. Kept a high amount of homeless ppl just hanging around. And water connections in room were reversed. The guy Daniel on the kiosk was cool though. James thought he was the kiosk king or something.
