Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They are on the older side but painted nicely. Loud traffic noise late in the night especially on the weekends. The a/c is noisy. But overall for the price great deal.

In addition to the poor customer service, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The floor had clearly never been swept, there was dry blood on the wall, and despite this being a non‑smoking room, the bedspread had multiple burn marks. There were cobwebs all around the ceiling, which made the room feel neglected and unmaintained. There was also hair in the tub, which had clearly not been cleaned, leaving me unable to shower at all. Based on the overall condition of the bedding and bathroom, I genuinely do not believe the room was properly cleaned or prepared before my arrival. These issues raise serious concerns about hygiene, safety, and basic room standards. (Pictures) Because of the state of the room, I wanted to check out immediately and request a full refund. Positive: The room was very clean. Furniture a bit dated, but all working as they should. Night table had electrical outlets and charging ports...a nice feature. Negative: Hotel seemed old, a bit run-down. Shower curtain rod was partially pulled out of the wall. Conditioner dispenser was empty. Did not feel safe late at night, but parking lot lighting was very good. Highway noise was a bit loud. Room numbers too small.

My boyfriend and I just spent the night there and it was great! Unfortunately when we were leaving, he slipped down the steps and took a very hard fall, in which two housekeepers saw and said (and did) nothing. I told the front desk clerk about it and said she would make a note about it. No apology, no concern...very disappointing

Good for overnight stay, but not if you'll be on vacation several days. It's close to I440, so you hear every truck, Harley, and rice rocket passing by. The PTAC fan was so noisy, it startled us every time it came on. The bathroom GFCI outlet didn't work. The tub spigot was broken. Pros: The bed was comfortable so we fell asleep quickly. The shower had good hot water. The traffic noise did dissipate later in the evening. The blackout cover for the window kept the room dark in the afternoon. The bathroom mirror had wrap-around light, good for applying makeup, and there was a full-length mirror.
