Days Inn by Wyndham Raleigh Glenwood-Crabtree

I visited some family members and needed to stay as close as possible to them. I didn't have reservations and had an option to book through Hopper for a cheaper rate however, I decided to book through the front desk, and was not disappointed! Although it was slightly higher, I doubt if Hopper could assist me with any issues I may have experienced, which I ended up having issues with the heating. I contacted the front desk in the morning and expressed my concerns. Ms. Courtney is the epiphany of great management! She listened and reacted. By the time I came to the front desk, she already had a new room ready with the heat on. ❤️ Courtney, I appreciate you for your assistance, professionalism, and the fresh pot of coffee. We arrived in Raleigh after hours on Friday hoping to find a room for the UNC/Clemson game. All the hotels were sold out except this one. We arrived and needed 3 rooms. The gentleman working in the office quickly got us three rooms at a reasonable rate.||The room was surprisingly very clean, and cleaner than most rooms I've stayed in at big chains. The room was well-appointed.||This property is good for a night or two and is a great example of what Days Inn can be if standards are consistent across the chain.||Would stay again and would recommend! Had a great experience.

My husband and I had a great stay. The room was very clean and smelled really good. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are great. Lots of security camera's. We will stay here again. Thank you for a great and safe stay.

It’s right across from a gas station so that’s nice. The guy that handles the nighttime shift needs to learn to annunciate his words better. I’m not trying to be mean, but he has a thick accent. I kept telling him sorry I don’t understand you and he would just raise his voice and act like a child. After he charged my card there was an additional charge of 100 dollars. I asked him what that was and he started to scream at me that that if I don’t pay I can’t stay. I told him I’m just asking what that is and I’ve already paid. Figured out it was the deposit. I’m using a major credit card and you charge me more for a deposit than the room? I typically stay at Marriotts (Fairfield) and if they charge me a deposit it’s 50. The other Wyndham also usually charge 50 and it’s labeled as a deposit; n

When we booked the hotel, this hotel still had breakfast. They no longer serve breakfast - just a granola bar and a cup of coffee. We checked in late after a late flight, and the check in attendant was gruff and didn't give us any information. Just took our card and handed us keys. We were given a ridiculously large rental car and parking in the front was full, so we asked if there was parking in the back and we were told to pull around and look. That was it as far as information exchange. The room was...okay. It was clean. But the floor was peeling up in spots, the metal bed edges were sharp and stuck out from the edge of the bed. The bed was comfortable enough. The plugs on one side of the bed didn't work. The phone didn't work, so when our upstairs neighbors showed up at 1:30
