Days Inn by Wyndham Pratt

Family of 12, we stopped for the night and the hotel was easy to find. Easily accessible right off the highway. Attendant was fast and pleasant .We were able to park directly in front of our 3 rooms. All 3 rooms had new TVs, bedding was clean and pillows were perfect. Shower felt nice and shampoo and conditioner did great for our long hair. There’s a Casey’s and Walmart right next door. 2 of our 3 rooms connected, which was helpful as we traveled with 6 children. This is my 2nd stay there this year. I will return as needed.

Hotel needs updating. Check in online charged me again even though I already paid on Hotels.com. Once we arrived the front desk was super friendly and went out of their way to help us, and also gave us a 1st floor room as requested. Room needed paint badly, and a remodel, and new doors. The shower was surprisingly nice. Room had a large fridge with freezer, and bed was comfortable. We slept well. Hotel is convenient to fast food restaurants, and walking distance to Walmart.

Positive: Location Negative: The person that was there was a little rude.

The room was poorly cleaned as the restroom had an awful vomit odor. The toilet paper roll and holder wasn't attached to the wall, and was sitting on the toilet bowl tank leaving the insulation exposed. The walls had sections where they hadn't finished painting them. There wasn't a hot breakfast of any kind. Coffee was offered in the room. All in all not up to the Days Inn by Wyndham standard I've experienced elsewhere. Thankfully, McDonald's was next door.

Ok, so this is actually the 2nd time I've stayed here. Pratt is where I stay when I travel to my hometown (Missouri) from my home now (Albuquerque). The Hilton it is night. What it is though is perfect for an overnight stay. The room is clean, and they have THE BEST soaps...period! And I'm not even gonna start on the bed. I got in around 3 this morning, got about 3 hours asleep...and haven't felt this rested in a while. Softly firm and super cozy.
