Days Inn by Wyndham Oklahoma City NW Expressway

Had booked a room there for one night in June of 2022 (because of the pool & breakfast). The room however was so extremely bad - anything from (blood) stains on sheets, blankets as well as holes, damaged items, lights not working, etc. It was so bad that we did not stay there - I didn't even ask for a refund which they would not have given anyway. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but when we got there, it said on a sign there will be no breakfast because of Covid (in 2022!). The whole place felt very unsafe and completely run-down.

This place is nightmare fuel, on fire, bugs, people with illegal 'jobs' all over the place doing nefarious things. I would never stay at a Days Inn, or Wyndham associated facility for the rest of my natural born life. I can't even disclose how bad it is there, my reviews keep getting rejected despite not using disparaging language.

Bed bugs!!! It took me 2 seconds to want a refund. There were bed bugs in the first room they put me in, I told them and they just moved me to another (worse) room. This place is trash, there is trash everywhere, the entire facility wreaks of cat urine. There are rooms blasting music all night. The room above me had people stomping around every 10 seconds, all. Night. Long. This place should be shut down. They were not in the least bit concerned about the bed bugs I woke up to crawling on me. Hopefully I can get rid of them!!!

I was shocked overall by the patch work condition of the room we stayed in. Hair dryer out of order, lamps worked some of the time. There was trash on the bathroom floor, a quarter roll of toilet paper and burn holes in the bedding of a non smoking room. Convenience of location and fast service when we checked in were pluses but not enough to raise my rating.

I had a late night check in and was treated with friendly service. The hotel was quiet. The rooms were clean and comfy. My only disappointment was that they advertised a grab and go breakfast and when I left at 6am the lobby was still closed.
