Days Inn by Wyndham Oklahoma City Bricktown

Building has a gnat and mosquito infestation and anytime it's warm outside your room will become infested with the tiny critters getting into everything even your food! Hard to sleep at night with little insects constantly nipping at your face! People drink and smoke in the hallways on the weekends and there's zero type of security at night. Heard a domestic violence dispute at 2am and no cops ever showed up. AC only works 40% of the time and the filters are filthy! Staff uses no type of cleaner and just uses water from the faucet to clean. No do not disturb signs and you will have random staff members casually walking into your room. Bed sheets stained. Shady missing hotel deposits with no print outs. Overpaying for the quality your going to receive. Internet constantly going out and the

Both ladies at the front desk were an absolute joy to speak with! Both personify good, old-fashioned hospitality and were professional, helpful, and certainly of high character when assisting me. I hope they each realize how much I appreciated them.

When I pulled in the parking lot I thought this can't be it. This place looks abandoned. The room was ok. The grassy courtyard was nice, but what's the point? The pool obviously has not been open in years half-full of green water. Isn't that a health code violation? It is in Nevada. The breakfasts, if you think all the guests can share a single pack of miniature donuts and a few slices of bread. Do yourself a favor pay a little more and stay somewhere not awful like this place. Really wish there was an option to post the pics I took.

The outside of this hotel looks awful and looks rundown. Makes you think... what are the rooms gonna be like? The inside lobby is nice. The service was good, run by India personnel, somewhat of a language barrier, even though they were nice and professional about their business. There was a pool, but it's halfway full of dirty water. It needs to be cleaned out and utilized. The rooms were spacious with two queen beds, a desk, a hutch with TV on top, a small microwave, a nice size small refrigerator, and two drawers. Even though you could tell the hotel has been refurbished, there's still an oldness to it. There's even an old smell going on in the room. For some odd reason this hotel can not be found on Wyndham website. I ask why they not on the website I was looked at crazy and given a answer òf I don't know. That's not my problem. The days inn and baymont is all in one. Have your own soap if u want to bath. They give u one very small piece of soap. They do charge you a deposit for the room. It's unknown if u get it back. You get three very small very soft pillows. I was given a room and the a/c sounded like it was ready to take off into space. When I went bk 2 the front desk and asked to change room I was asked why? So evidently this hotel don't have much business.
