Days Inn by Wyndham North Little Rock / Maumelle

Genuinely a really nice and clean stay especially for the price. Could definitely work on the customer service though, the owner in the reviews arguing with customers isn’t a good look had a cat like myself worried of a confrontation for a while during my stay but thankfully never happened. Would definitely stay here again the room was better and cleaner than some hotels I’ve paid almost double for, the cleaners did a very good job on the day I requested service.

Clean, comfortable, recently remodeled. Perfect motel for an overnight stop on our road trip. The fridge and microwave worked, and I enjoyed the pleasant fragrance of the liquid hand soap. We chose it based on good reviews and were not disappointed.

Positive: "" Negative: You have to check in through a window even during normal hours but the staff my expensive phone charger and battery powered fan that I left in the room.

The worst!! I booked hotels soo many time but this one is the WORST!!! Front desk is not friendly.. You’re supposed to make your customer feel welcome and satisfied but the front desk has an attitude. I did not continue checking in because the way the front desk acts, kinda rude. I have to cancel my reservation, and find a new place to stay. unfortunately they denied my refund.( that’s greedy!!) I thought it was just me, now that i read the reviews of this location, i see that she did not only did it to me. You need to call out whoever is working on the front desk to change her attitude. Be nice!!!

Do not stay here. Roaches in the room. Dead bird right in front of the door. Room was somewhat clean but it was obvious that it wasn’t mopped. When I showed the night desk attendant the picture of the roaches, he didn’t even apologize, just asked if I wanted a different room. I said that I was leaving and wanted a full refund. He didn’t argue but also didn’t issue the full refund, only the original booking fee.
