Days inn by Wyndham Natchitoches

The pool is disgusting. Any hotel that has a pool should never let it look like this one in the middle of summer. My air conditioner was not cooling so I checked the air filters and they were totally blocked by nastiness. So I washed them in the shower and it worked somewhat better. I checked the filters in the other room a friend was in, and same thing. My shower knob is stuck in on position and shower head not good. My door looks like someone kicked it in at the bottom. No cups or coffee in my room, and only 1 towel. Lights are missing bulbs. Walkway up on 2nd floor is so slanted you can fall easily.

We requested a nonsmoking room. Get to our room, smells really bad like smoke. We requested another room. Guy gives us another one, and there is tons of black mold in the bathroom. I mean, the paint is peeling off the walls. The TV worked but there was no remote. Had to stand there and change the channel only to find out there is no signal. The staff was trying to be accommodating but this hotel is crap. Location was right off the interstate.

I recently stayed at this motel during a weekend trip, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was cozy, and everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless. What really stood out to me was the hospitality; the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to restaurants, gas stations, and just a short drive from the main attractions. For the price, you honestly can’t beat the value. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay without breaking the bank.

My sister came to town and stayed there and I was visiting her. There were a lot of l” love bugs” inside the room, or getting in the room.

Horrible. Do not stay here. On the road and booked for a night AHEAD OF TIME, arrive and not a single soul is found. Hotel locked up. Doorbell doesn’t seem to work on the employee doesn’t seem to care. Never will I book through Wyndham ever again.
