Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Natchitoches

The staff was very polite, courteous and friendly. I called before we got to the hotel to see about getting adjoining rooms or rooms close together and they were able to do this. The room was nice but the bathrooms needs some work aesthetically. The grout work needs to be redone and there were stains on the wall in one bathroom that looked like something yellow dripped down it. (Gross) Breakfast was good too.

The room (206) was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was tremendous! The shower head was up high so a very tall person won't bump their head on it. There was a mini-fridge in the room that kept our water very cold. One very small detail that I noticed: the room key card worked every time whether entering our room or the building. It worked flawlessly every time! You know how sometimes you have to swipe a card twice maybe three times? Not this time! Breakfast is not that important to us since we normally have only coffee to drink and the coffee was delicious. We did look at the breakfast offerings and it wasn't the best appearing we've ever seen at a hotel. The eggs were like patties and the sausage was greasy which both didn't appeal to u

The hotel was very clean. Miss Cynthia at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I was traveling and just stopped in around 11 PM for a quick overnight stay. The breakfast was hot. I would stay there again.

Upon arriving to the hotel, I was met with a smile and a welcoming hello. I got to my room was warm and relaxing. I phoned down to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and the little girl brought me one up. When I checked out I was thanked for being a choice member which I believe that had never happened before. Came to see the lights and was amazed how pretty the town was and pleased I had stayed at this hotel. This was an all around delite, I plan on bringing my granchildren back before the Lights stop and will return here to stay.Very clean and courteous staff.

This hotel likes to cancel people’s reservations when you have issue with a previous stay. If you bring something to corporate attention, they will deny you staying there again. Not professional. You should focus on making your property better and address concerns, not ban people when they complain about relative issues.
