Days Inn by Wyndham Memphis at Graceland

Handicapp parking very close to room. Wheelchair acessible.Room had spot for wheelchair. Grab bars in bathroom. Toilet could have been higher.Shower tub combo made for difficulty getting in it.Roll in shower would be better. Pleasantly painted clean room. Free breakfast offering was light. Toast,honey buns,cereal coffee. Staff friendly.Better than Red Roof Inn.

Check in was great but the place was very rundown and dirty rooms were not cleaned the whole stay had to ask for fresh towels There isn’t breakfast like the web site says just coffee and a honeybun package oatmeal It was a great location directly across from Graceland we walked there that was the only nice thing about this place! Should have spent the money and stayed at the Guesthouse at Graceland

Positive: Location was great. We were going to a concert at Graceland Soundstage and were able to walk to the show. Clean, recently remodeled room. Friendly staff. Good coffee with breakfast. Overall great stay for the price. Would stay here again. Negative: TV service was apparently down at the hotel. Hopefully it'll be working next time if we go to another show at Graceland Soundstage.

I have been staying at this Hotel since 1986, coming for Elvis Week and Birthday Celebration. I haven't been here for several months due to health problems. I came down here this weekend unexpectedly and I was truly unhappy with the way this place looked. Juanita and her sister Linnie have been here since I have been coming here and are the best, very sweet and always very helpful. They keep this place in order. As for the rest of the place it has really gone down. No more sofas or coffee table in the lobby to make it warm and inviting. No more carpet on the floors, just grey vinyl floors, cheaply done. The outside is disgusting. Trash all around the sidewalks and grass overgrown! I don't know what happened to the previous owners who were very friendly and really kept this Hotel in

Do not be fooled by photos. Elvis Presley would NOT approve of this dirty, run down hotel. Can’t believe the Wyndham corporation attaches their name to this place. Everywhere you look you see deferred maintenance—much of it is easy to correct/fix, it shows whoever is running this place are lazy/don’t care. We stayed here because they allow pets & they are across the street from Graceland. Those are the only 2 positive points of this dump!
