Days Inn by Wyndham Hattiesburg MS

First walking in it felt a little dirty but was greeted and helped by a wonderful front desk lady. But getting up to our rooms the hallways smelt like weed and then getting into our room it also had the weed smell. Looking the room over the bathroom looked nasty and the beds had stains all over the sheets. The floors were gross and the furniture was getting torn up and outdated. We turned around knowing we couldn’t sleep comfortably in there and checked out. We decided to drive to find a different hotel. Without the front desk lady being such a kind soul we would have been very upset with the whole situation. Please get this hotel a good update and cleaning figured out.

Everything was nice. I will be returning again. The staff was great parking lot was clean as well. I didn't eat breakfast cause it's not hot grits , eggs nor meat provided. I also would like if they had fruit.

I did a last minute booking because every other hotel had no vacancy. The room reeked of smoke, and it’s supposed to be “non-smoking.” It’s false advertising. The front desk lady was nice but I was very disappointed , the owner need to do an expectation because i don’t think he knows whats going on in his hotel. The housekeepers aren’t cleaning enough the bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the “ clean towels” which was absolutely DISGUSTING. I will never come back. I hope no one stays here until they get their stuff together

Positive: The location was easy access to the highway. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and housekeeping was wonderful. Negative: The side doors were kept open so anyone was able to get in rather than using a keycard to open those doors. As a single woman, I didn?t feel like my safety was compromised, but I wasn?t at the hotel much.

Quiet, clean and safe!! Staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The night time desk clerk was wonderful but I forgot her nam. Heli was day time clerk and she was so nice! I also was lucky enough to meet Ivy! She made my day! Thank you all for a wonderful stay! You all made it very special!!!
