The worst hotel experience of my life. Here is an itemized list: - Sticky/dirty floors - Trash in the room (cigarettes and previous guests belongings) - Cigarette holes in sheets - Extreme smell of smoke in non smoking room - Drug deal which occurred in the room next to us. - Broken AC - Broken Fridge - Mold in shower - Outlets did not work - Harassment from homeless people in the parking lot We slept a total of 45 minutes due to the persistent smoke smell and unsafe environment. We also paid extra for a room that should have been non smoking but obviously was not. With two of the guests having asthma, this was obviously not only annoying, but a dangerous health hazard. We only stayed for 7 hours total. If you are thinking of staying here, don't.

Hello, I've been staying with days inn for business due to this location and Destin, being owned by my employer. However, I must say that customer service at this location is terrible. I woke after a 20 hr car ride to find the shower drain didn't work. Went to FD for assistance. We came back to the room to (prove) that the drain was actually clogged. As she was working on a solution to the problem, I gave them about an hr to figure it out. I came back up front to be told the maintenance guy is taking a nap, and they attempted to persuade me to use a plunger. I said thats your job, not mine. And she got defensive. I explained to fd agent that I understand it is not her job and requested to be moved to another room, which was denied. So there was no solution to problem. I took my bath in 6 i

Positive: Convenient access Negative: Horrible experience. We're given a room in which the dead bolt did not work. Requested another room and was denied. We had to leave and book with a neighboring hotel due to us feeling unsafe.

I checked in at night time and was greeted with a very pleasant young lady named TiTii, I'm unsure if I'm spelling her name right but I will say that she made me feel at home right away. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was a great welcoming and I have since also enjoyed my stay here for many other reasons. But I will say that that first impression that she made was impressive and I want to thank her for a great job.

Everything about the hotel was really good however it’s not the hotel’s fault the people they attract. The saying holds true about you get what you pay for. We didn’t have any issues but it was loud after midnight and there were some not so savory people that were hanging around but no one bothered us. There is no breakfast but dogs are allowed for a daily fee. Slim Chickens is literally across the street and was really really good! It’s not a far car ride or even walk to a lot of stuff in the area. Roh checked me in and she was quite the delight and was very helpful. Our warm water stopped working so that was a let down but the pool is in a back area that has no exit so it makes the property a lot more private which I loved because I had a dog during my stay. All in all I would stay again
