Days Inn by Wyndham Dalhart

I had a very pleasant stay at the Days Inn in Dalhart. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great option if you are traveling through the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in quick and easy. The room was spacious and well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a comfortable bed, which made the stay very convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and everything in the room was clean and organized. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool and hot tub. It was a great way to relax after a long day of traveling. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast in the morning, which is nice if you want something quick before starting your day. As we have meandered from our home destination of Wisconsin, to The Wind Caves in South Dakota to The Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Colorado to Canyonlands and Arches National Park in Moab, Utah to The Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and Zion National Park, to Desert View Grand Canyon, in Arizona to Albuquerque New Mexico and while working out way to Wichita Kansas, needed a much needed lunch and doggo break, we found Days Inn and noticed they had a decent sized grassy area for our pup so we pulled in. We were immediately treated by a warm and welcoming smile from the General Manager herself, Ann Hale. We've stayed here twice as it's a half way point in our travels. Both times our rooms were very clean, and the desk employees were kind and efficient. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold items as well. I would recommend staying here, althoughthe price seems high.

Positive: Friendly staff. They helped accommodate a mistake that I made in booking. It was very much appreciated! Negative: Pool was broke, but they own a motel next door that they allowed us to go to and swim at during our stay.

Probably the worst hotel ive ever had to stay at. Im here for work for 3 weeks and they havent had hot water in 2 weeks. They say theyll fix it but never did anything. Didnt compensate us either. Cleaning ladies threw out a few personal belongings like my bread and my tooth floss/picks. The pool was available but they chose this specific time to fix their pool and not the rooms hot waters. My co workers also report cold showers in their rooms. The breakfast is exactly the same every single day sausage, what looks like cheese, and fake eggs. They do have muffins, bananas, and some sort of pastry. Youd likely want these over their "cooked" food. They dont take care a refill the plates until a customer says something.
